Service Description

This inspection covers a thorough visual evaluation for evidence of Subterranean Termites and Drywood Termites, including signs of active infestation, previous damage, conducive conditions, and areas at risk. The inspection includes accessible interior and exterior areas such as the foundation, crawl spaces, attic, structural framing, baseboards, window and door frames, and other wood components. Subterranean termites typically enter from the soil and may be identified by mud tubes, damaged wood, or high moisture conditions. Drywood termites infest dry wood above ground and are often detected by the presence of frass (termite droppings), kick-out holes, or hollow-sounding wood. The purpose of this inspection is to identify visible evidence of termite activity or damage at the time of inspection and to recommend further evaluation or treatment if necessary.
